Slip
(2004)
Thick envelope containing ink powder and a soft brush.

Slip deals with the notions of suspicion and safety-thinking in the post-9/11 world. When the envelope reaches its destination, it probably have been touched by more hands than the average item of mail due to its, in the eyes of a mail- or customs employee, suspicious look. But this suspicion only serve the whole idea with the piece; to "pull the carpet" under the ones suspecting it by exposing their fingerprints using the very things that they suspected.
